75 minute Functional Focus class. Start with tennis ball massage for upper back and feet, set up in Constructive rest, supine warm-ups and psoas lengthener. Table top Cat/Cow, Dog, hover strength into tiger stretch cross overs. Lunge flow, psoas shake, 1/2 splits, Warrior II, Side Angle pose, 3 legged dog. Somatic locust pose series for 'cross-syndrome' issues in the strength of the back body. Lie down for slide and glide somatic, knee circles, Savasana.
