Leg & Hip Mobilizing Somatics/Massage/Standing Forward Bends ~ Gentle Basics

65 minute Gentle Basics class with a focus on loosening up large leg and hip muscles by using somatics, massage and a standing hamstring series. Lateral standing poses, and a little bit of arm/nerve flossing too.

Props: tennis balls or similar massage balls, blanket or yoga mat to roll up, 2 blocks or chair
