60 minute Gentle Basics class. We begin by settling into the notion that 'it's okay' and we can be present, slow down and relax.
Hamstring and inner/outer thigh stretches, hips, wiper twist with scarecrow arms. Up to standing to warm up shoulder rotations, continue that exploration with a belt. Tree pose. Warrior I and extended side angle with shoulder principle. Really listen to your point of initial resistance in the shoulder movement. Savasana with a chest opener option.
Props: Belt, blanket and cushion (if you want it for relaxation & chest opener)
