Inner/Outer Thigh Strength ~ Gentle

90 minute Gentle class. We explore leg strength focusing on the inner (adductors) and outer (abductors) thighs. This is part of the workshop series I'm taking on improving balance and fracture prevention. Floor warm ups prior to our strengthening work. And we stretch out the muscles we've worked out before relaxing into Savasana.
