Info on the Chakras + Floor & Standing Poses ~ Therapeutic Elements

95 minute Therapeutic Elements class begins with a chest opener and an introduction to the chakra system.

Then we go into floor stretches, hamstring stretches, twists. Into table top poses. Up to standing for bean sprout, standing squat pose, Warrior and ice skater's pose, then triangle variations. We cool down with a standing forward bend and Savasana options. 

Props: Belt, blocks, wall, cushion, extra blanket.
