95 minute Gentle class. In this class we go through some basics from Leslie Howard's yoga therapeutics for the pelvic floor health. One of the best ways to improve our pelvic floor and overall health is to breathe better. We go through the steps of full length yogic breaths. Seated in Virasana and Malasana. Twist and GPS hip reset. Table top cat/cow, tiger, dolphin, dog. Standing squats into twist, crescent pose, Warrior II > reverse triangle > Side angle pose. Shake the tree. Tai chi twist, Mountain pose, Savasana.

Props: 3 blankets/towels, cushion, sand bag if you have one. No need for a belt.
