80 minute Functional Focus class. We begin seated, go through some wrist and nerve flossing, come to standing using blocks to draw to the midline. Into standing poses, dog pose, lunge and twist series, balance practice working with the idea of tipping the scale.
We make our way back down to a seated twist and relax back into Savasana.
