60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen Class. Begin with a posture reset and centering in Mountain Pose. Varied warm ups with some focus on hip mobility/agility, twists and sweeping arm movements. Dog/plank and squat moves and side stretches. Flow series with twisting lunge, ham stretch, and a diagonal traction stretch, dog, Warrior II, Reverse Triangle. Then a more organic side stretch from kneeling, cat/cow cool down. Autogenic tension and relaxation into Savasana.
Props: Blocks and a blanket.
