60 minute Gentle Basics class.
Today we focus on hips with some standing poses and hamstrings at the end. All wrapped up with the Thich Nhat Hahn quote, "Breathing in, I calm body and mind. Breathing out I smile. Dwelling in the present moment, I know this is the only moment."
Props: belt, cushion and wide open blanket is helpful. We don't end up using the block.
