60 minute Gentle Basics class, Begin with a chest opener of your choice, Sa- Ta- Na- Ma meditation tool. Focus on hips, balance, standing poses and shoulder stretches. Go to the wall for poses to work the shoulders. Shake out limbs, circle the sacrum, Savasana.
