Hip Stretches, rebalancing for the S.I. joint with sacral rock II, pelvic clock and strength awareness during hamstring series. Side lying Vishnu variations that include dying warrior and Raminand twist. Refined teaching of Ujjayi breath into meditation.

Props: Wide open blanket, belt and optional cushion.
