Hip and Leg Stretches + Posture + Dynamic Moves ~ Gentle Basics

60 minute Gentle Basics Class. Begin with some good hip and leg stretching/aligning. Standing we use the belt as a 'training wheels' method for the shoulders. Go over the connection of shoulder position to head alignment. And I go over the 3 tire method of foot positioning when we stand. Dynamic movements and Tai Chi twist and shake the tree cool down with an energy check-in.
