95 minute Gentle class. We practice a variety of different angles for shoulders and hips exploring healthy movement and recovery of range without increasing pain. Seated series of shoulder stretches. Table top cat/cow and dog with awareness on hand position and wrists.
Low lunge, Anjaneyasana, twisting lunge, sphinx pose and we finish with somatic steeple twist, Savasana.
Props: blocks, cushion, belt and blanket.
