Grounded & Aware With Wall Support ~ Gentle

90 minute Gentle class. We warm up with a foot and spinal massage with tennis balls. Our practice has a focus on the feet and using the wall to support us, increasing the feeling of being grounded and increase our proprioception (where our bodies are in space and time). 

Props: Wall for support in a number of ways, blocks, belt, cushion, tennis balls
