25 Minute series with Greg and Heidi that will get your blood pumping and body/mind connected. We begin with a series inspired by what is called the Big 10 (a group of physical moves that are being used to support people with Parkinson's). I add my own flare to this series and then we go into wall push ups, beansprout to reset head position and standing on a block and swinging opposite leg to strengthen the gluteus medius as well as lengthen the psoas. We have fun in this class and hope you do too!
