Graceful Yoga Thru Muscle Engagement ~ Strengthen & Lengthen

65 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class. Start with jetpack and mountain pose. Hip listing warm ups, rotation and balance clock. Dynamic lateral and forward plane warm ups. Wrist/arm infinity roll, Qigong swing release and arm pump jackhammer, speed skate, twisting squat, functional garden scoot, cat/cow, chair with diagonal pump. Hug/embrace muscles toward the bones and take that into yoga flow > crescent> lunge> Side Angle>Anjaneyasana> Twisting lunge. Dolphin one leg up, dog with knee cross overs, balasana. Bridge variation for evening out strength in pelvic floor and glutes. Wiper twist, shake, circle. Savasanaaaah!
