Shake the tree variation into multiple vector warm ups. Release breath and springy arm swing. Varied arm swings with wide leg knee bends. Warrior II, triumphant Warrior, Triangle with willow branch arm. Foot roll rotations, flowing extended side angle variation, twisted squat (paravanamukhasana). Warrior I bow and arrow into glider pose. Set up blocks and blanket, yoga flow > lunge>anjaneyasana>1/2 splits. Tiger stretch with bicycle cross overs, shake the dog, balasana. Seated twist. Savasana. 

Props: We use blocks, blanket and we don't end up using the wall.
