Gokhale Inspired Posture ~ Functional Focus

75 minute Functional Focus class where I share some specific moves that come from Esther Gokhale's work on natural/primal posture. I took a workshop with her the day before I taught this class. Begin seated. Tennis ball and table top warm ups into some traditional yoga poses. Learn some take-aways to improve comfort in your body and retain healthy posture.
