Funky Floor Moves ~ Tune-up & Recover

75 minute Tune-up & Recover class. Begin with Mountain brook restorative pose, fascia shimmy, onto our sides for somatic slide and glide and shoulder releases, wiper twist, frog/knock kneed, flowing Urdhva Dandasana, opposite circles. Then onto our bellies for some interesting prone (face down) movements the last 1/4 of class. These moves are unique and require strength, so listen to your body and modify as needed. Puppy pose, cat/cow, onto our backs to flow into Savasana.

Props: 2 blankets and a bolster
