77 minute Tune-up & Recover class. Begin with chest opener, supported hip opener with shoulder warm-ups.

We go through the Feldenkrais version of the pelvic clock working specific sections of the sacral movement.

Hamstring stretches. Side lying somatic move with an added twist. Savasana.
