Foot Position & Strength for Balance ~ Gentle Yoga

90 minute Gentle Yoga class. Begin sitting in a chair, center, meditate, massage the feet. Today we work on balance and connect with our feet by increasing the awareness, agility, strength and positioning of our feet. Finish with floor work for hips and hamstrings before Savasana.
