Begin in comfortable seat. Mudra for forgiveness and letting go, seated warm ups with side stretches, zig zag leg posture of expressions, twist and hip stretch. Table top cat/cow, Precision method thoracic spine strengthener, dog pose, plank/core, steps for proper fire hydrant dog hip move, dynamic chair pose, crescent pose. Standing poses - Twisting lunge > Side Angle pose > reverse Triangle > Triangle. Forward bends mixed in, 1/2 moon practice mid room. To the wall to explore 1/2 moon further. Wide leg forward fold, squat twist. Down to the mat for somatic steeple twist.

Props: Comfortable seat, blocks, blanket and wall space for class.
