Somatic 'X' moves, gate pose, down dog, standing posture work to strengthen posterior chain, shake the tree, Warrior I > Parsvottanasana, prone shoulder strengthener, cactus pose over a blanket, contralateral stretch, shake, wiper twist. Some good fascia re-education especially for the upper body and low back zone. Savasana.
