Easeful Shoulders + Stable Knees & Varied Movements ~ Mellow Strengthen & Lengthen

60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class. Perhaps a little more mellow version of our Thursday class than usual with encouragement to take it easy on the shoulders as we mobilize and stretch them. Begin with a grounding mudra, mountain pose meditation. Varied standing warm ups. Stability work for knees using block and abduction at outer thighs. Vowel sounds for nervous system relief.

Anjaneyasana salutations into variations of 1/2 splits flow and low lunge twist. Onto the belly for a shoulder release move I call the walking dragon. Then onto our sides for sleeping Vishnu. Savasana!
