Dog into some agility dog with feet and hands into monkey hops. Table top cat/cow, twisting lunge > hams/cat stretch > anjaneyasana. Fire hydrant dog with forearm down > parighasana > parighasana twist > forearm hip stretch. Frog ski slope stretch > cat/cow. Glute massage with tennis balls, shake out, rotate, circle. Savasanaaaaah.
