Doug Keller movements for psoas- table top cat/cow, tiger variations and piriformis strengthener, Anjaneysana--standing at the wall with blocks for leg swing/psoas release, walk about, at wall balance/psoas strengthener, Chair- Uttanasana, lunges, dog with awareness in giving psoas space. Constructive rest (Donna Farhi belt wrap) with calves up for Savasana.
