Core & Side Strengthening + Hip/Knee Listing ~ Functional Focus

75 minute Functional Focus class. We begin seated with a centering, mudras, breathwork and a short meditation. Onto table top poses, standing poses, core poses and side strengthening. Then balance and hip listing/knee strengthening moves with the blocks.

Finish with a supported bridge and Savasana.

Props: Blocks, blanket, comfortable seat.
