90 minute Gentle class. Begin with a chest opener and a guided sensation meditation. Warm ups including hamstrings and twists. Table top cat/cow, Anjaneyasana, box lunge, down dog. Onto the belly for a series that opens and strengthens the body. Finish with a somatic twist and Savasana.
