Clearing Massage + Meditation + Somatic Propeller ~ Tune up & Recover

80 minute Tune-up & Recover class. We are mixing it up today by beginning standing with cleansing breaths, foot massage, head reset beansprout, spinal massage and a Qigong Qi 'shower'. Then we set up with a comfortable seat with a mudra. I share a summer poem about the longest day into meditation.

Seated stretches. Side lying clinical somatic series to release the waistline and teach us a different way of twisting and reaching (by letting go of the ribs, waist, belly and pelvis). Onto our backs for a recalibration move for the pelvis, arch and curl. Savasana.

Props: Today we use 2 tennis balls, extra blanket, block and wall
