Chair Class ~ Stretch + Sun Salutations + Standing Poses ~ Strengthen & Lengthen

60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class. We begin standing with the chair at the ready. Center and breathe. Shoulder and side body warm ups, dog, cat/cow, hamstring stork pose > lunge with foot on chair > lengthen back. Twisted Uttanasana. Standing Tiger stretch with movement, wide leg panther move and forward bend, crescent pose, Sun Salutations. Side Angle variations with Warrior II, Triumphant Warrior, plank, 1/2 Moon pose, wide leg forward bend, squat twist. Bridge pose, wiper twist, shake out, rotate, circles. Savasanaaaah!
