Chair Class- Hips/Back/Side Stretches ~ Strengthen & Lengthen

60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen.

Today we use a chair for some different stretchy moves and yoga flows. Standing and balance poses are included. Throughout the class we return to different variations that stretch the hips, side and back body.

Option to finish with calves up on the chair.
