90 minute Gentle class with unique movements using a chair throughout.
Set your mat/chair and blanket perpendicular to a wall. I share some info from biomechanist and psychologist Katie Bowman on nutritious movement. We begin with calves up on the chair and we do all our floor warm ups with the chair. Seated Oms, twist, and stand/sit practice with block between the low thighs. Standing we use the chair for balance ham stretches/lunges. Balls of the feet dog and leg stretch. Side angle variation. Head ramp and range of motion practice for our ribs. Seated Squat twist, crescent pose, shoulder rolls. Savasana.
