75 minute Functional Focus class. Today we go through breath work and movement with the intent of increasing the workload on our nervous system (heart/lungs/muscles/etc) and then returning to a calm more neutral state. This builds flexibility and resilience into something called our vagal brake. How well we can recover from a 'stress' state. We work some good primal movements into the class as well.
Props: Blocks, blanket and comfortable meditation set up for the beginning.
