Bridge to Basics Class - Low Back, Sacrum, Psoas and Somatics ~ August 20, 2021

This 80 minute Bridge to Basics class takes the low back and S.I. Joint into consideration. We practice ways of doing the standing poses without irritating this area. Details on healthy posture for sitting and standing in Mountain Pose. Somatic techniques used throughout to reeducate the major muscle groups that can cause issues with hips and pelvis. Finish with Constructive Rest.
