Big Ten Vestibular Work + Yoga Flow ~ Strengthen & Lengthen

60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class. Begin with foot massage and a version of the Big Ten adding vestibular work throughout. You can choose not to add the head and eye positions. Then we go through a nice flow including lunges, twists, dog, plank, standing poses and twisted cat into Savasana.
