Bartenieff Inspired Somatics - The Basic 6 ~ Tune-up & Recover

75 minute Tune-up & Recover class we begin with somatic breath work and a sensation connection meditation.

We go through some traditional yoga stretches for hips and hamstrings. Then we work a specific somatic series called the basic 6. 

Happy baby and therapeutic pelvic tilt and clock to finish. Savasana.
