95 minute Gentle class.
I share some research about how we are working our brains in important ways through our meditation and yoga practices, taking that into a floodlight/flashlight method of focus. We go through some poses to strengthen core and shoulders but still be mindful and gentle about it. (practice accelerate/decelerate muscular engagement) I also walk you through the gravity 'seaweed' mountain pose. We finish with a mini Yoga Nidra.
Props: 2 blocks, Wall space and a super comfy set up to lie down for Yoga Nidra
