Begin with chest opener with 3 part breath. Warm up pandiculation, arm circles into wring out wiper twist, upward bound angle, hamstring/hips series, "X" stretch into folding the "X". Sacrum reset into opposite circles, seated oms, neck and head awareness, cat/cow, downward facing dog, flossing action for shoulders/heart, low lunge. Loop belt around the feet and come onto the belly for small, strengthening backbends. Onto our backs with small roll under neck for strengthener, psoas release, wiper twist, Savasana.
