79 minute Tune-up & Recover Class. We work to lengthen, stretch, pandiculate and mobilize the whole body. Supine moves to lengthen our posture while connecting to the strength points that help us retain good posture. Also, some side lying moves to reeducate habitual rotations that may be stuck in our body's patterns, sleeping Vishnu, onto our backs for hamstrings and block under the sacrum with knees up.
