Begin with 'stretch sit' in chair, back breathe and settle, wide squat legs spine extension, shoulder warm up for twist, Paravanmukhasana, trapezius shake, figure 4 stretch with isometrics, seated Eagle, figure 4 twist, standing chair moves- Dog > wide plank table top > dying warrior cross over > wide leg side stretch > cat/cow > foot on chair buttock engaging subtle lunge > high lunge > Warrior II > Side Angle > Reverse Triangle > Triangle > foot switch 1/2 Moon > Wide leg extended arms forward bend > Plank > 1/2 Moon with quad stretch into knee tuck hold > repeat foot on chair small lunge > shake & tamborine > chair seated squat forward bend with blocks, baby Paravanamukhasana, sit tall, functional standing up from chair, Savasana option to add 'stretch supine'.
