Active Gentle

90 minute class. This is a more active gentle class.

It begins with a heart-brain coherence meditation. Warm ups offer shoulders some interesting movements, hip stretches. Seated rotator cuff stabilizers, buff bones hip rock, posture of expression, table top leg spins and unique lunge, cat/cow, down dog, squat with karate punches, twisting lunge, crescent pose, flamingo balance pose, sweeping arms in squat, mountain pose, Savasana.
