60 minute Strengthen & Lengthen class.

Embodied Resilience requires multi-vector variety in how we move our bodies. Begin in Mountain pose with waterfall breathing. Foot massage with tennis ball. To the wall for warrior I calf stretch, top of the foot stretch, right angle position, standing eye of the needle hip stretch. Foot challenge sequence that can strengthen & mobilize plantar fascia. Rotate ankles. 

3D MAPS series that warm up and work all major angles of the body. Then, to the front of our mat with blocks and folded blanket. 

Yoga flow - Lunge >twisting lunge> Parsvakonasana>Dog>leg spins(vasisthasana prep)> Plank> Push-ups > Locust>Sphinx >Dog> Anjaneyasana > Wild thing twisting lunge > shake the dog > cat/cow > Uttanasana (forward bend) & Mountain Pose. Savasana :o)
